Screening by Aurora. During the Collaboration Period, Aurora shall use each Screen validated pursuant to Section 2.2.2 to test the activity of Compounds provided by Allelix or agreed by the parties pursuant to Section 3.1.2. Aurora shall, with regard to each such Screen, screen Compounds as determined by the CC and provide retests of Compounds or putative Hits, and determination of crude IC50's as determined by the CC (the "Screening Program").

Any Senomyx Compounds supplied by Senomyx for use in an Aurora Screening Program will be [...***...], or another format mutually agreed to in writing by the parties (the "Compound Supply"). The quantities needed for each screen will be specified in writing in the Work Plan. Aurora agrees not to transfer the Compound Supply to any Third Party or to use it for any purpose other than developing or screening Assay Platforms without Senomyx's prior written consent. Aurora will return to Senomyx any unused Compound Supply. 2.4.2 AURORA COMPOUND SUPPLY. Aurora will make available to Senomyx [...***...] Aurora Compounds for use in Aurora Screening Programs. The Steering Committee will select, on an entire microtiter plate-by-entire microtiter plate basis, Aurora Compounds for use in an Aurora Screening Program. Information concerning Aurora Compounds shall be owned exclusively by Aurora and shall be treated as Confidential Information of Aurora hereunder.
Screening by Aurora. For the first *** Collaborative Screens validated, pursuant to Section 3.1.1.4, and thereafter up to *** collaborative screens per calendar year, Aurora will testthe activity of at least *** provided by PD or chemicals agreed to by the parties pursuant to Section 3.1.

  • Screening The Health Plan must work with contracted providers to conduct interperiodic EPSDT screens on RIte Care and all ACA Adult Expansion Population members under age 21 (i.e. 19 and 20-year old under this Agreement) to identify health and developmental problems in conformance with ATTACHMENT ED to this Agreement. Additional screens should be provided as Medically Necessary. At a minimum, these screens must include: • A comprehensive health and developmental history, including health education, nutrition assessment, immunization history, and developmental assessment • Immunizations according to the Rhode Island EPSDT Periodicity Schedule • An unclothed physical examination • Laboratory tests including lead, TB, and newborn screenings as medically indicated • Vision testing • Hearing testing • Dental screening oral examination by PCP as part of a comprehensive examination required before age one (1) • All other medically indicated screening services • And provide EOHHS with a list of established CPT/HCPC codes used to identify all billable services included in the EPSDT schedule.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Speech Therapy This plan covers speech therapy services when provided by a qualified licensed • loss of speech or communication function; or • impairment as a result of an acute illness or injury, or an acute exacerbation of a chronic disease. Speech therapy services must relate to: • performing basic functional communication; or • assessing or treating swallowing dysfunction. See Autism Services when speech therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.

  • Sampling The Licensee agrees that the Composition is purchased as a “Work Made for Hire” whereby the clearing of any sampled materials is the responsibility of Licensee.
