Screening of Program Applicants. Appropriate screening of Program applicants will be conducted, including verifying whether any Program applicants are identified as registered sex offenders on Megan’s law website and therefore, ineligible to participate in the Program. In addition, Program applicants that have been identified as having been convicted of a violent crime will be further vetted to determine eligibility for participation in the Program, on a case-by-case basis.

  • E-Verify Program Grantee certifies that it utilizes and will continue to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of: A. all persons employed to perform duties within Texas during the term of the Grant Agreement; and B. all persons, (including subcontractors) assigned by the Grantee to perform work pursuant to the Grant Agreement within the United States of America.

  • Message Screening 7.4.4.4.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from CCI local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the CCI switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from CCI local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the CCI switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from CCI from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the CCI SCP has a valid signaling relationship.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.
