Common use of S.E Clause in Contracts

S.E. Filings. Promptly upon the filing thereof, copies of all registration statements and reports which such Originator or any of its Subsidiaries files with the Securities and Exchange Commission and which are required to be delivered to, or notification of the electronic availability thereof is required to be provided to, the "Banks" and the "Agent" under (and as defined in) the Jabil Loan Agreement.
