The Seasonal Part-Time clause defines the terms and conditions under which an employee is hired to work part-time hours during specific seasons or periods of increased demand.   • Part-Time A part-time employee is an employee who regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week. The Agency shall not use part-time employees to avoid full-time benefits.
