Seating. The seating capacity of any hire spaces must not exceed the number set out on the standard plans unless otherwise approved. Seating arrangements for any event must be supplied to the designated Council Officer no later than seven days prior to the event being held. Failure to observe this condition may involve additional staffing costs.
