SEC Web Site. Reports required to be delivered pursuant to Section 8.3.1 [Quarterly Financial Statements], Section 8.3.2 [Annual Financial Statements] and Section 8.3.8(a) and (b) [Budgets, Forecasts, Other Reports and Information] shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date on which such report is posted on the SEC’s website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇, and such posting shall be deemed to satisfy the reporting requirements of Sections 8.3.1, 8.3.2 and 8.3.8(a) and (b).

The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.
