Common use of Second Amendment Clause in Contracts

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined below) shall have received from the Borrower and the Required Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this Second Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or email transmission of a signed signature page of this Second Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Second Amendment.
