Second and Subsequent Products Clause Samples

The 'Second and Subsequent Products' clause defines how the agreement applies to additional products beyond the initial one covered by the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the terms under which new products introduced after the first may be included, such as requiring mutual agreement or specifying how pricing and licensing terms will be determined for these later products. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for expanding the business relationship to cover future products, thereby reducing ambiguity and facilitating smoother negotiations as new offerings are developed.
