Common use of Second Container Royalty Contributions Clause in Contracts

Second Container Royalty Contributions. During the term of this Master Contract, the Second Container Royalty assessment in the amount of $1.00 per weight ton of containerized cargo not stuffed or stripped by ▇▇▇-represented labor (or such lesser amount as may be required under the ▇▇▇▇▇ Award, which is attached to this Master Contract as Appendix E, for containerized cargo carried on vessels that are not full container vessels) shall be paid to MILA to be used exclusively to fund the managed healthcare program administered by MILA. The Container Royalty Cap provisions set forth in Article XI, Section 4 of this Master Contract shall not apply to the Second Container Royalty contributions to MILA.
