Common use of Second Expansion Space Part of Premises Clause in Contracts

Second Expansion Space Part of Premises. Except as otherwise herein expressly provided, the Second Expansion Space shall be deemed a part of the Premises for all purposes of this Lease from and after the Second Expansion Space Commencement Date, such that both Landlord and Tenant shall have such respective rights and obligations with respect to the Second Expansion Space as apply to the remainder of the Premises from and after the Second Expansion Space Commencement Date, including, but not limited to, Tenant’s option to extend the Term of this Lease set forth in Section 43 hereof.”
