Common use of Second Lien Amendment Clause in Contracts

Second Lien Amendment. A copy of an Amendment and Waiver to the Second Lien Credit Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, duly executed and delivered by each Credit Party, the Second Lien Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent;

Second Lien Amendment. A fully-executed copy of an Amendment and Waiver amendment to the Second Lien Credit Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, Agreement duly executed by the parties thereto and delivered by each Credit Party, the Second Lien Administrative Agent, the Lenders in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent;.
