Common use of Second Occurrence Clause in Contracts

Second Occurrence. If within three (3) years from the first loss of a license, an employee again reports a lack of a driver's license, the employee may be accommodated in a non‐ driving assignment in the same or lower job classification or may be laid off at the bureau's sole discretion.
