Second Option Period. Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) per year, payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Sixty-Six Cents ($2,916.66), payable on the first day of each calendar month commencing on the first day of the Second Option Period, if any.
