Common use of Second Option Clause in Contracts

Second Option. If the First Option is not exercised, the Other Members shall thereupon have the irrevocable and exclusive option, but not the obligation (the "Second Option"), to purchase all, but not less than all, of the Subject Units at the Closing referred to in Section 8.6 and for the purchase price and on the terms set forth in Section 8.

Second Option.
