Common use of Second Payment Clause in Contracts

Second Payment. The balance of the Settlement Fund, in the amount of Twenty-two Million Three Hundred and Two Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($22,302,000.00) shall be paid by Defendant to the Settlement Administrator for deposit into the Settlement Fund within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the Final Approval Order.

Second Payment.
