Common use of Second Payment Clause in Contracts

Second Payment. Within three (3) calendar days of the time the Final Approval Motion is filed by Class Counsel, the Settlement Administrator shall provide to Defendant’s Counsel wiring instructions for the payment required by Section 3(a)(ii) above.

Second Payment. Within three (3) calendar days of the time the Final Approval Motion is filed by Class Counsel, the Settlement Administrator shall provide to Defendant’s Defendants’ Counsel wiring instructions for the payment required by Section 3(a)(ii5.1(b) above.
