Common use of Second Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Second Shift Differential. For all custodial hours worked during a shift, defined as second shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.), the employee will be compensated with a shift differential of $0.65 per hour.

Second Shift Differential. For all custodial hours worked during a shift, defined as second shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.), the employee will be compensated with a shift differential of $0.40 per hour. Effective July 1, 2019, the hourly differential will increase to $0.65 per hour.
