Second Step. The Chief Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall file a written grievance with the Human Resources Manager. A meeting will be called. An outside representative of the Union will attend the meeting. A written decision will be rendered within four (4) working days unless mutually agreed otherwise between the Company and the Union. All grievances and decisions at this stage are to be in writing. Should either party intend to proceed to arbitration they must advise the other party in writing within twenty (20) working days from the date the decision was rendered under Step 2 of the grievance procedure. Both parties will then proceed as outlined in Article 8 – Arbitration.
