Common use of Secondary Data Clause in Contracts

Secondary Data. We reduced the initial eight documents to six documents, because a short initial review of the documents showed that the DESCA-A (B) and the DESCA-B (C) CAM are largely redundant. Hence, we decided not to include the uncommented version DESCA-B in our analysis in order to avoid negative redundancy. For the same reasons, we decided not to analyse the (D’) EUCAR-B CAM.
