Common use of Sectio n Clause in Contracts

For the purpose of processing specific grievances or disputes, business representatives and stewards shall have relevant trip sheets, book-in, book-out time cards and personnel disciplinary records made available to them within twenty- four at the terminal during t h e office hours of the Company and at other terminals within five (5) working days.
