Common use of Sectio n Clause in Contracts

Sectio n. The Company agrees in principle t o the deduction of monies t o be submitted t o a duly chartered Credit Union; such deduction t o be restricted to one (1) registered Credit Union. If additional Credit Unions require payroll deductions, it w i l l be a prerequisite of the Company and the Union to mutually agree t o such deductions.
