Section 1. Definition. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all professional Employees employed by the Employer at all building locations and clinics in the Minneapolis/St. ▇▇▇▇ seven (7) county metropolitan area, excluding physicians, optometrists, dentists, Employees in other collective bargaining units, managerial Employees, confidential Employees, guards, and Supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
