Section 10.14. 18 Notification will be given to all employees, in writing if possible, by the end of the school year whether 19 they will have a position for the following school year. 20 21 23 ARTICLE XI 24 25 PROBATIONARY PERIOD 26 27 Section 11.1. 28 Each new hire to the District shall remain in a probationary status for a period of six (6) months following 29 the hiring date. During this probationary period the District may discharge such employee without 30 recourse. The six (6) months consists of 120 workdays and does not include summer months, summer 31 school or other non-work break times when the probationary employee is not working.
