Common use of Section 10.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.2.2. contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 11 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.

Section 10.2.2. contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 11 44 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.

Section 10.2.2. contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 11 employee for 16 acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.
