Section 10.6.2. 43 The employee with the earliest seniority date shall have preferential rights regarding 44 promotions, assignment to new or open jobs or positions, hours of work within positions 45 (employees who are currently working less than a forty (40) hour workweek would have 46 priority when assigning additional time.
