Common use of SECTION 108 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 108. 33 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 34 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 35 date and a new classification.

SECTION 108. 33 17 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 34 18 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 35 19 date and a new classification.
