Section 12.7.3. 23 There shall be no reprisal by the Union, the District or its employees by reason of the 24 involvement of any person in the grievance procedure.
Section 12.7.3. 10 Individuals, whose names are on the re-employment list, may elect to accept a position with the 11 District which pays less salary and/or has fewer hours than the position previously held. These 12 employees shall remain on the re-employment list.
