Common use of Section 13.1.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 13.1.3. If the immediate supervisor determines, and the superintendent concurs, that special 13 training is necessary for an employee, the District will pay the cost of such classes or training. Mandatory 14 training shall be paid for by the District. Funds from the effective education pool in Section 13.2 shall 15 not be used to pay for the mandatory training.
