Section 13.4. 44 The Association and its affiliates will defend, indemnify, and hold the District harmless against all liability, 45 including allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, 46 costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that arise out of any action taken or not taken by the District 47 in implementation of this section.
