Common use of Section 14.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.3. 26 Employees will be reimbursed at the base hourly rate for all hours spent in District approved training if 27 such training occurs at times other than regularly scheduled work shifts, otherwise employees shall be 28 compensated at base hourly rate. Approved training hours as provided in Section 14.5.4. will be 29 compensated.
