Common use of Section 14.9 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.9. 13 An employee who changes job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain his or her seniority 14 date in the previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that he or she has 15 acquired a new seniority date and a new classification.

Section 14.9. 13 40 An employee who changes job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain his or her seniority 14 41 date in the previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that he or she has 15 42 acquired a new seniority date and a new classification.
