Common use of Section 15.8 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.8. 23 Full-time employees will be paid for 260 days. In those years which the Gregorian calendar contains 24 more than two hundred sixty (260) work days, these “extra” days will result in a day(s) off as jointly 25 determined by the employee and his/her supervisor.
