Common use of Section 16.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.7. 37 Employees who attend training courses required by State regulation or the District as a condition of 38 employment will be paid by the District at the employee's regular hourly rate of pay for all time in 39 attendance plus fees, tuition or transportation cost.
