Common use of Section 2 Term Clause in Contracts

Section 2 Term. This Agreement shall be for a one year term to begin on July 1, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), with the option of automatic renewals under the terms and conditions of the original contract for up to four (4) additional twelve month periods, unless either party gives written notification to the other party thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the then-current term that they do not wish to renew.
