Common use of Section 2 Term Clause in Contracts

Section 2 Term. The term of this Lease (the “Term”) shall be twenty five (25) years, commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the twenty fifth (25th) anniversary of the Effective Date, unless otherwise terminated at an earlier date in accordance with the terms of this Lease. Provided that Tenant is not in default under the Lease, Tenant, upon mutual agreement with the Landowner, shall have the option to renew this Lease for an additional term of a length agreed upon by the Parties.
