Section 2.2. Applicability of Agreement. 2 The management of the District and the direction of the work force is vested exclusively with the 3 District subject to the terms of this Agreement. All matters not specifically and expressly covered by 4 the language of this Agreement shall be administered for its duration by the District in accordance with 5 such policies and procedures as it from time to time may determine.   • Applicability of Agreement The Developer agrees that the Lands shall be developed and used only in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
