Common use of Section 22.6 Clause in Contracts

Section 22.6. 2 Drivers that are on a trip shall be paid the regular rate of pay for their regularly scheduled hours. Any 3 hours beyond their regularly scheduled hours will be paid at the trip rate of pay.
