Section 3.1. 44 It is agreed that all employees subject to this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the 45 exercise of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Union, 46 providing that the exercise of such rights does not interfere with the performance of assigned duties of 47 employees of the District.
