Common use of Section 3.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.5. 30 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 Agreement on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, 32 gender expression or identity, honorably discharged veteran or military status, pregnancy, the presence 33 of any sensory, mental or physical disability, the use of a trained guide dog or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited by law.

Section 3.5. 30 45 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 46 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, national originsex, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, 32 gender expression age or identity, honorably discharged veteran marital status or military status, pregnancybecause of a physical 1 handicap with respect to a position, the presence 33 duties of any sensory, mental which may be performed efficiently by an individual 2 without danger to the health or physical disability, safety of the use of a trained guide dog physically handicapped person or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited by lawothers.

Section 3.5. 30 29 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 30 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, national originsex, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, 32 gender expression age or identity, honorably discharged veteran marital status or military status, pregnancybecause of a 31 disability with respect to a position, the presence 33 duties of any sensory, mental which may be performed efficiently by an individual 32 without danger to the health or physical disability, safety of the use of a trained guide dog disabled person or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited by lawothers.

Section 3.5. 30 22 Neither the District, nor the AssociationUnion, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 Agreement 23 on the basis of race, color, national origin, religionlanguage, creed, agecolor, sex, religion, age, sexual orientation, 32 24 gender expression identity or identityexpression, honorably discharged veteran marital status or military status, pregnancybecause of a physical handicap disability with respect to 25 a position, the presence 33 duties of any sensory, mental which may be performed efficiently by an individual without danger to the 26 health or physical disability, safety of the use of a trained guide dog physically disabled person or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited by lawothers.

Section 3.5. 30 28 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 29 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, national originsex, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, 32 gender expression orientation or identity, honorably discharged veteran marital status or military status, pregnancy30 because of a physical handicap with respect to a position, the presence 33 duties of any sensory, mental which may be performed 31 efficiently by an individual without danger to the health or physical disability, safety of the use of a trained guide dog physically handicapped person 32 or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited by lawothers.

Section 3.5. 30 20 Neither the District, nor the AssociationUnion, shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 21 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, religion, color, national origin, religionsex, creedmarital status, disability, 22 age, sexveteran or military status, sexual orientation, 32 including gender expression or identity, honorably discharged veteran or military status, pregnancy, the presence 33 23 of any sensory, mental mental, or physical disability, disability or the use of a trained dog guide dog or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited animal by lawa 24 person with a disability.

Section 3.5. 30 23 Neither the District, nor the AssociationUnion, shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 24 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, religion, color, national origin, religionsex, creeddisability, age, sexveteran or 25 military status, sexual orientation, 32 including gender expression or identity, honorably discharged veteran or military status, pregnancy, the presence 33 of any sensory, mental 26 mental, or physical disability, disability or the use of a trained dog guide dog or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited animal by lawa person with a 27 disability.

Section 3.5. 30 18 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 19 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, national originsex, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, 32 gender expression age or identity, honorably discharged veteran marital status or military status, pregnancybecause of a disability 20 with respect to a position, the presence 33 duties of any sensory, mental which may be performed efficiently by an individual without 21 danger to the health or physical disability, safety of the use of a trained guide dog disabled person or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited by lawothers.
