Section 3.7. Evaluations. 27 All employees, including new employees, shall be evaluated annually, such evaluations to be completed 28 no later than May 15 of the year in which the evaluation takes place. 30 The employee shall sign the school district’s copy of the evaluation report to indicate that he or she has 31 received a copy of the report. The signature of the employee does not, however, imply that the employee 32 agrees with the contents of the evaluation report. 34 All employees newly employed by the school district shall be evaluated within the first ninety (90) 35 calendar days of the commencement of their employment. 37 Upon completion of an evaluation by the Superintendent or his/her designee, the employee shall be 38 provided with a copy of the evaluation. 40 The employee shall have the right to attach any comments to the evaluation report within ten (10) 41 working days following the evaluation conference. 42
