Section 3.7. Evaluations. 41 Employees shall be evaluated annually by the last working day of May. Employees not evaluated shall 42 be considered to have performed satisfactorily. Employees may within seven (7) working days of receipt 43 of their evaluation submit a written response to be attached to it.
