Section 4.1. 10 The District recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative on wages, hours, 11 and working conditions for all classified employees in the bargaining unit, and the Union recognizes the 12 responsibility of representing the interests of all such employees without regard to membership in the 13 Union.
