Common use of Section 4.1.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.1.1. The Contractor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Authority and its governing board, members, officers, agents, and employees (collectively the “Indemnified Parties”), from all sums for which it is finally determined that the Contractor has legal liability arising out of any negligent acts, errors or omissions of the Contractor in furnishing services pursuant to this Agreement.
