Common use of Section 4.5.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.5.1. 44 Employees elected to a state board position with the Union shall be entitled to additional leave, 45 provided that the Union compensates the District for the employee’s salary and benefits, and 46 providing that the employee’s absence will not have a significantly negative impact on the 47 operation of the District. Such leave shall be comparable with those in place for other board 48 members and their school districts.
