Section 4.6. Bulletin Boards. District shall provide a bulletin board space in each school location for the use of the Union. The 29 bulletins posted by the Union are the responsibility of the officials of the Union. Each bulletin shall be 30 signed by the Union official responsible for its posting. Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be 31 posted. There shall be no other distribution or posting by employees or the Union of pamphlets, 32 advertising, political matters, notices of any kind, or literature on District property, other than herein 33 provided.
