Section 4.6. Bulletin Boards. District shall provide a bulletin board space in each school for the use of the Union. The bulletins 13 posted by the Union are the responsibility of the officials of the Union. Each bulletin shall be signed 14 by the Union official responsible for its posting. Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be posted. 15 There shall be no other distribution or posting by employees or the Union of pamphlets, advertising, 16 political matters, notices of any kind, or literature on District property, other than herein provided.
