Common use of Section 5.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 5.1. Section 5.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the period at the end of clause (i) thereof and substituting “; and” therefor and (ii) adding a new clause (j) thereto immediately following clause (i) thereof as follows:
