Section 513. 3. A senior driver may be bypassed for consideration if such senior driver has 30 accumulated, or would accumulate as a result of the extra trip, hours in excess of forty (40) 31 hours for the week, and/or if a junior driver possesses skills and abilities that are superior to 32 those of the bypassed senior driver and are necessary for the extra trip.
