Common use of Section 6.3.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.3.1. 20 To start the scheduling process, the most senior driver will select a route and so on until each 21 driver has selected a route. 23 Once every driver has a route assignment, any route(s) that is remaining will be divided 24 amongst the drivers based upon seniority. If a route is still not selected, than that route will be 25 divided up into daily units and assigned based upon a reverse order of seniority – i.e., the most 26 junior driver will be selected first.
