Common use of Section 6.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.4. 34 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 35 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 36 work.

Section 6.4. 34 12 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 35 13 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 36 14 work.

Section 6.4. 34 23 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift workday less than the normal work workday shift previously 24 defined in 35 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 36 work.)
